Dear friends,
As you can see we have a full programme of exciting events in the coming days.
And just when we thought that we exhausted the subject of relationships, last Sunday we voted for a
rather interesting topic: How realistic are relationships portrayed in fiction?
As if real life relationships weren't unrealistic and complicated enough in many cases, why would we
bother with fiction? We might not bother if we could easily isolate our lives from one context to an
other. And we were clever enough to compartmentalise our brain between fiction and real life. If we
could, companies wouldn't spend millions of Euros advertising in films, TV programmes and maybe even
books.
So one of the possible issues with the portrayal of relationships in fiction is that some might
identify with the characters but fail to deal with their real life.

con otras muchas líneas de autobuses de la EMT e Interurbanos operados por distintas empresas. La
línea de metro Ciudad Universitaria le deja a cinco minutos de la Facultad de Filosofía. También
puede subirse al autobús G en la parada que encuentra a la salida del metro.
