from Lawrence, SUNDAY PhiloMadrid meeting: the masks we wear

Dear Friends,

This Sunday we are discussing: the masks we wear.

Although the topic is not necessarily about carnival, one way of
interpreting the topic is the persona or personae (personas) we project
in public to deceive others. But maybe this is an extreme interpretation
and an alternative would be: is it a necessary function of a human being
that we have to adopt masks or personae? In other words, it does not
matter what mask we chose to wear, but chose we must.

In the meantime Ruel has sent us the link to his essay on the topic:

Hello Lawrence,
I wrote an essay for Sunday´s topic. Here´s the link:

See you there on Sunday.
Best,
Ruel

Best and see you Sunday
Lawrence
